The Federal Government has an on-going requirement for a Project Coordinator in Canberra.

**Purpose of the role**

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for program governance and assisting numerous project managers with the preparation and maintenance of project documentation to ensure timely delivery of concurrent projects.

**Pre-requisites required**

People who are successful in this position must have the following pre-requisites:
Demonstrated experience in supporting the execution of projects

Proven administrative skills with strong attention to detail

Strong oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated experience in preparing written correspondence and reports

Proven ability to communicate succinctly and clearly at all levels within an organisation

Excellent time management skills with the ability to a variety of competing tasks

Work collaboratively and effectively in a small, dynamic team environment

**Major areas of Responsibility**

Manage the preparation of project communications and papers to the executive and governance committees

Coordinate access to the taskforce document repositories and reference material including maintaining and controlling program documentation and registers

Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of the program's assets, stakeholders, dependencies

Prepare and maintain project and procedural documentation in accordance with record keeping policies and procedures
- Plan and coordinate taskforce related activities as directed.
- General administrative duties, as required.
