**About the role**
We are seeking a **Program Coordinator with minimum NV2 security clearance **to be responsible role in defining, documenting, and executing small projects or sub-projects to achieve business objectives. You will work alone or with a small team, actively participating in all phases of the project lifecycle. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget. helping clients improve their security defenses.
**Work description**
- The Resourcing Coordination Officer is required to deliver administrational support to the Overseas Fit-out Team.
- On a regular basis, the Resourcing Coordination Officer will engage with the project team, finance team and Project Management Office (PMO).
- They will be required to work across multiple projects at once to support the project team with administration tasks like travel, procurement, drafting documentation, finances and attending meetings completing taskings to support the whole project team.
