- Tradelink are looking for an exceptional Showroom Manager to join the team in a full time role

**The Opportunity**

The purpose of the Showroom Manager position is to support the Branch Manager with all showroom based operational and sales requirements by driving showroom sales, increased margin, account base growth.

In this permanent full-time role, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with customers from all walks of life to help them make their design dreams come true.

Whether it is building their dream home, renovating or even just updating their tapware, you will partner with customers throughout their journey. You will benefit from hands-on training and support from your team and can expect your day to include the following:

- Assisting customers with bathroom and kitchen product selections
- Target and onboard new business
- Support and drive sales opportunities in the showroom through excellent customer service, quote preparation and order fulfillment
- Leading regular customer events within the showroom
- Training and support for any new Consultants in the region

**About You**
- High level of customer service skills
- Ability to influence others to ensure success
- Strong sales conversion skills
- Experience using any type of database/ MS Office Suite
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- An interest or eagerness to learn about the plumbing/interior design industries
