The right person will be someone who works well in an engaging team environment. You will have experience in customer service, not necessarily in the design or building industry, and be willing to learn. A good workplace fit and desire to help clients is paramount. You will:

**About the Role**:
Most of your work will be with the team servicing our Trade, Design and Retail customers. You will have the ability to build lasting trade and retail relationships and will be a key part of the Amber family as we strive to deliver expert advice and exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Developing relationships with clients and generating sales opportunities
- Assisting with a design solution for our clients internal and external projects
- Working effectively in a team environment
- Managing suppliers, incoming product, deliveries and inventory
- Providing update ideas and actioning changes to showroom and displays and showroom/display maintenance
- Work a 5 day roster including 1 weekend day

**About Amber Kellyville**

Amber Kellyville is a highly successful family business based in the Hills District. We are part of the Amber Franchise Network with 28 stores, a large support office and key warehouse based in Sydney. Amber specialises in indoor + outdoor solutions offering a comprehensive range of pavers, natural stone, cladding, tiles, tapware and bathroom ware providing a whole project solution.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
