**Your next career opportunity**
Contribute to the important Mental Health in Primary Schools (MHiPS) Initiative, supporting the capacity of schools to promote student wellbeing. As a Learning Leader, you will work directly with a diverse group of Mental Health and Wellbeing Leaders (MHWLs), guiding their learning journey, delivering engaging training, and supporting implementation of whole-school mental health strategies. With a focus on both content delivery and individualised guidance, this role combines high-level coordination, expert facilitation, and meaningful relationship-building across the education and health sectors.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Delivering and coordinating evidence-based training programs, including workshops and learning community sessions, both in-person and online, while responding to participant queries and providing ongoing learning support.
- Supporting and guiding Mental Health and Wellbeing Leaders in developing and implementing school-wide mental health plans, facilitating professional learning, and sharing relevant resources to build capacity in school settings.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records, training attendance, and administrative tasks with precision, including supporting the use of the learning management system and contributing to project reporting and evaluation.
- Collaborating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to research and additional project activities, and engaging in professional development as part of a committed and collegiate team.

**You may also**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, allied health, education, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of five years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in working directly with primary school-aged children, either in a school or clinical environment.
- Strong administrative, organisational, and time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
