**The Opportunity**

CSL Behring is looking for a passionate **Field Medical Leader**to join the Medical Affairs team at our Melbourne office.

In this field-based role, you will report to the **Director of Medical Affairs - ANZ**and ensure a strong Field Medical presence through development and maintenance of a best practice and professional team of Medical Scientific Liaisons (MSLs).

**The Role**
- Lead field medical engagement with Thought Leaders and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
- Manage the dissemination of scientific, clinical, and health economic information.
- Coordinate and evaluate information relevant to CSL Behring's products.
- Participate in projects addressing gaps and opportunities.
- Collaborate with key thought leaders and internal stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective deliverables.
- Contribute to data generation and dissemination.
- Oversee budget management and communicate variances.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Degree in nursing, pharmacy, or an advanced degree in science/medicine (MD, PhD, PharmD).
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience as an MSL.
- 3+ years of MSL management experience.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to travel up to 75%, including weekends.
- Experience in setting and monitoring MSL KPIs.
- Application of Medical Excellence frameworks for team development.
