Team Leader Production Support

**The Opportunity**

CSL Seqirus has an exciting opportunity for a Production Support-Team leader to join our dynamic team in our manufacturing function (Fill Finish) at CSL Seqirus. Based at Parkville and reporting to the Production Support Manager, you will provide compliance support to manufacturing staff and processes within each functional area to produced required product or service in accordance with cGMP and Quality Management System.

**The Role**
- Support manufacturing to ensure that the product or service is manufactured or delivered in accordance with the code of cGMP and Quality Management Systems
- Managing the Deviations system and assist production areas with investigations and facilitate the close out of all deviations within the required timelines
- Managing the Change Control system, including tracking of open/in works change controls and facilitate the closure of change controls in accordance with agreed timelines
- Assist with internal/external cGMP and Safety audits, timely completion of audit responses and closing out audit items
- Actively seek, recommend and implement improvements within each functional area
- Understand and communicate dossier requirements and ensure consistency throughout SOP’s and BPS’s within the functional areas
- Build collaborative relationships with key QA, QC, Engineering and Maintenance staff
- Support a safe work environment in compliance with company policies and procedures and statutory obligations through effective EHS practices and systems

**Your skills and experience**
- Tertiary qualification in a related scientific discipline or substantial on the job experience
- Demonstrated experience with Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge of cGMP/FDA/TGA/OGTR/DAFF regulations
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and objectives
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Strong customer focus and ability to work collaboratively with internal customers
