**About us**:
Fast-growing finance and accounting advisory firm, seeking an in-house part-time Loan

willing to work part-time with the potential to transition to a full-time role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and verify required documentation from clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Review and submit documents, adhering to relevant regulations and compliance standards
- Coordinate communication between lending institutions and internal teams
- Manage case progress, ensuring all files and records are accurately updated
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally

**Requirements**:

- Experience and knowledge of loan securities, land titles, property legislation, and stamp duty legislation is highly desirable
- Preferred experience in a loan processing center, security documentation, conveyancer functions, or a similar field
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, innovative, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to work within tight time frames and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents
- Desirable knowledge of the Consumer Credit Code and Banking Code of Practice
- General understanding of loan securities and related processes
- Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workflows
- Experience in mortgage paralegal, conveyancer functions, or security documentation is preferred but not essential—training will be provided

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
