A national provider of home loans and Big four banking institute is seeking experienced mortgage processing officer who can start immediately or as soon as possible. Duties will include
- Validate and review title production requests, and submit to Credit team for decisioning.
- Instruct and correspond with panel solicitors with settlement of title production and mortgage requests.
- Record and manage deceased estate customers - liaising with internal or external stakeholders to finalise the estate.
- Manage all allocated files within the agreed service levels as directed by the Team Manager.

**Role Requirements**:

- Minimum one year experience within a banking environment.
- Proven understanding of mortgage processing
- Strong skills in both written and spoken communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, working quickly and accurately.
- Ability to prioritize work and perform under pressure.
- Positive attitude and ability to relate well to other team members.
- Intermediate level Microsoft and computer based system skills with the ability to quickly input data or locate information.
