About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end loan processing, including document preparation, client follow-up, and compliance tracking.
  • Liaise with lenders to follow up on loan progress and outstanding conditions.
  • Apply credit understanding to assist brokers in structuring deals.
  • Maintain client records and data accuracy in CRM and lender platforms.
  • Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're seeking candidates who are eager to grow their career in the finance or mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a credit, loan processing, or broker support role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe, and database navigation.
