**About the role**

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be a crucial support to the organisation, ensuring the provision of efficient, responsive and high-quality HR services across the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responding to general HR queries and providing accurate information in a timely manner.
- Process all employee lifecycle events to a high quality and agreed service levels.
- Drafting HR correspondence and ongoing maintenance of various HR systems, registers and reports.
- Drafting contracts and letters of offer
- Assisting with recruitment activities and onboarding new employees.
- Maintaining data within the HRIS and filing systems
- Updating compliance documents and relevant paperwork
- Support HR projects.

**Profile**
- You have a first experience in HR administration and are interested in gaining further exposure to generalist HR activities
- Self-motivated, well organised and able to handle a variety of tasks whilst having high attention to detail
- Ability to work without constant supervision
- You will be a team player, with proven communication skills enabling you to establish and maintain effective relationships
- Highly internal customer focused

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Darra, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
