Are you an experienced Buyer's Agent looking for a highly rewarding opportunity? At Prosperity Capital Principles, we specialise in residential properties across Australia and are seeking motivated professionals to join our dynamic team.

In this commission-only role, you will have the chance to earn a six-figure income by helping clients navigate the buying process for both existing and brand-new residential properties only. Your expertise will be essential in providing clients with guidance to secure their ideal homes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in purchasing residential properties throughout Australia, focusing on both existing and new builds.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and opportunities.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions on behalf of clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Existing experience as a Buyer's Agent in the residential property market.
- Strong understanding of the buying process for both existing and new properties.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

**Salary Range**:

- Commission-based (earnings potential well over six figures).
- $200,000 - $500,000+OTE (on-target earnings)
