Panthers Penrith have an exciting and rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer service focused individual to join our Membership team on a Full Time permanent basis.
As an integral member of our membership team, you will be tasked with meeting and greeting our members on a daily basis, providing regular information about what’s on at our great club, actively promoting our Panthers Rewards program and ensuring the high standard of member services at all times.
**The Main Duties and Responsibilities of this position will include, however are not limited to**:
- Actively and efficiently promote and communicate the Panthers Rewards program to all members and their guests;
- Meeting, greeting and signing in all patrons entering the club;
- Ensure that all enquiries from members and their guests are attended to in an efficient, timely and polite manner;
- Ensure the efficient processing of Panthers Rewards point redemptions including the active assistance to members at the kiosk terminals;
- Accurately enter membership database ensuring data is error free at point of entry
- Ensure all staff are informed of changes to Panthers Rewards procedures, upcoming promotions and club activities;
- Provide administrative services to guests wishing to become members and;
- General Administration duties as required.
**To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes**:

- Conduct regular focus groups with our member database;
- Make effective decisions;
- Facilitate and drive change;
- Build business partnerships;
- Be able to plan and organise effectively;
- Demonstrate market insight;
- Preferably have an understanding of the hospitality and / or Club industry in NSW and;
- Be creative and willing to have some fun
You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available 24/7 to work as required including nights, weekends and public holidays.
