**Join the Frontline of Cyber Security Innovation**

This NSW government organisation has a specific need for a dynamic Programme Manager to lead the ongoing Cyber Security Uplift program. As part of the dedicated team, you'll be at the forefront of the project that will secure against evolving cyber threats.

**About your new role**:
As the Cyber Programme Manager, you'll play a crucial role in completing the rollout of Essential 8 controls and spearheading the implementation of a modern, secure network.

**Responsibilities of the Programme Manager will include**:

- Collaborate with the Project Manager to drive the replanning of Cyber Uplift Phase 2 and initiate Phase 3
- Develop and manage programme controls, ensuring seamless coordination of schedule, risks, budget, and reporting.
- Lead stakeholder management and contractual arrangements to facilitate program success.
- Provide day-to-day direction to the programme team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- To establish and execute delivery strategies, programme teams, and supporting structures to achieve our Cyber Uplift objectives.

**Skills and Experience needed to thrive in this role will include**:

- 10+ years of proven ICT programme and project management experience in an EPMO.
- Experience in setting up Programs from scratch (governance, artifacts, program controls, reporting, etc).
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects (multiple streams at once).
- Strong leadership qualities and a knack for problem-solving in high-pressure environments.
- Financial acumen for budget management and supplier liaison, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
