**The role**:
We are seeking a **Work Health and Safety (WHS) **Business Partner**, responsible for providing professional Health and Safety across the organisation including implementation of strategic plans and programs, risk assessments, site visits, policy and procedure, internal key stake holders (regular liaison with senior management), People and Culture team members and reports to the Chief Financial Officer, based in our North Geelong office.
- A Diploma of Health and Safety and/or significant work experience in a lead health and safety position.
- Ability build rapport, trust, and engaging relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical and report writing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to research and investigate best practice, legislation, worksafe regulations and translate this to work health and safety.
- Excellent computer skills, including Office365, MS Teams, Google meet, Zoom.
