HR Business Partner required for leading Education provider in Geelong, flexible work options on offer
Leading Education provider in Geelong is seeking a motivated HR Business Partner to join their team.

This role will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support across the organisation to drive change and delivery of the HR function.
Responsibilities will include:

- Proactive delivery of strategic and operational advice and support to the wider business
- Provide expert advice and pragmatic solutions on people and culture related matters, including but not limited to employee relations, counselling and dispute resolution, workplace investigations, talent management, succession, recruitment and retention, reward, leadership, coaching, performance management, team management.
- Partner with senior management regarding enterprise agreement negotiations and subsequent implementation.
- Resolve complex employee and workplace relations issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Partnering with people leaders and union representatives in the prevention and resolution of industrial relations issues and develop effective dispute resolution strategies.
- Use continual improvement processes and practices including continually challenging the status quo to ensure ongoing efficiency and optimisation.
- Review, develop and work collaboratively on the implementation of policies and undertake analysis of employee experience trends.
- Provide expertise and coaching to enable people management and leadership capability of people leaders.
- Motivate, coach and collaborate with peers and colleagues to achieve organisational goals
- Actively participate in an annual performance planning and review process.

This role offers you an attractive annual salary of $ 110,000 plus super, this role can be.8 or FTE and 1-day WFH
