Your new role

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial insight and strategic support across the school's operations. This is a hands-on role that blends financial analysis, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with department heads to deliver budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Providing financial modelling and scenario planning to support decision-making
  • Preparing monthly management reports and commentary
  • Supporting capital expenditure reviews and funding proposals
  • Driving process improvements and financial control

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with proven experience in a business partnering role. You'll bring strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders. Experience in education or not-for-profit sectors will be highly regarded but not essential.
