**Your role**:
As a
**Quality Assurance Manager** you will be responsible for defining and delivering the Quality Assurance services offered by Brennan Digital’s Microsoft Business Solutions division. This means not only establishing and advancing the standards and processes around how we perform testing tasks, but also defining how we communicate and demonstrate our value to our customers.

**Here’s a sneak peek into what you’ll spend your time doing**:

- Assist the Project Manager and Solution Architect with the delivery of the Brennan Delivery Methodology and its outcomes
- Establish and document an overall Test Plan or Strategy for a project
- Writing test cases against defined acceptance criteria, that accurately test the system’s adherence to that requirement
- Ensure that clients understand and see the value provided by our testing offerings
- Assist and educate clients on UAT processes, to ensure a smooth and effective UAT process
- Prioritise and focus testing efforts to ensure timeboxes are adhered to wherever possible
- Ensure the quality of what is delivered to the customer remains high at all times; that no P1s or P2s exist, and lower grade bugs have been discussed with the client to ensure their expectations are accurately set

**To achieve success, this role requires the follow Competencies and Experience**:

- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in successfully testing software solutions
- 2+ years delivery solutions via an Agile/Scrum-based methodology
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Familiarity/Experience with multiple forms of testing, including (but not limited to) unit testing, system testing, exploratory testing, performance and load testing, and regression testing
- Experience/advanced knowledge of automated testing practices, ideally utilising Microsoft DevOps.
- Ability to define and standardise testing practices across the Quality Assurance team
- Ability to define overall Test Plans and Strategies
