**The Role**

Based in **Darra** and reporting to the Chief Construction Officer, the Commissioning Manager will lead the commissioning team to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role is responsible for ensuring systems are commissioned in line with the project program and design intent, while meeting all company requirements for quality, environmental standards, and occupational health and safety.

Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Lead and supervise the commissioning team to deliver safe, timely, and on-budget outcomes.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, programs, and reports.
- Oversee on-site commissioning activities and coordinate with other trades.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Achieves budgeted revenue, GM$ and EBIT budget, labor productivity and asset use.
- Maintain accurate records, including job trackers and documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Support issue resolution through design reviews and technical input.
- Mentor and develop team members to drive performance and improvement
