Role Purpose

You'll be at the centre of our growth engine, identifying and securing exceptional residential property solutions that enable our clients and partners to build successful investment portfolios. Job Details and Responsibilities:

(Including but not limited to):

  • Manage and optimise our acquisitions pipeline: proactively source, identify, evaluate and acquire high-quality residential land and property opportunities within our builder, developer and supplier networks so our Property Specialists and Affiliates have winning options to present to clients.
  • Conduct deep market and location research on each opportunity: provide up-to-date analysis, trend insights, competitive benchmarking and property feasibility details to support client-facing presentations.
  • Package acquisition solutions in a way that reflects the strength of the company brand, and bring your own creative flair to presentation materials, marketing collateral and deal briefs.
  • Build and maintain dynamic stock lists of acquisition-ready properties for our internal specialists and external stakeholders; ensure data, documentation and deal status is current and accessible.
  • Cultivate strong relationships across internal teams (Contract Administration, Finance, Property Specialists), and external partners (builders, developers, agents, referral partners, suppliers) You'll be the key cornerstone connecting all parties to drive deals through to completion.
  • Visit sites, attend inspections and take on field-based acquisition tasks when required, you'll get your hands dirty and see projects first-hand.
  • Negotiate commissions, and contract terms to secure the best possible outcomes for all parties while ensuring each deal is commercially and operationally sound.
  • Take on ad-hoc opportunities and assignments as required, in a growth business like ours, no two days are identical and you'll be part of shaping what comes next.
