This is an opportunity for you to join a well-established and supportive organisation as an Early Childhood Educator and to take the lead as an Educational Leader and Mentor at this quickly growing, vibrant, friendly, dedicated and growing centre.

As an Educational Leader and Mentor, you will guide educators to maximise learning, development and wellbeing outcomes for children in line with the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework and to drive pedagogical practices that are aligned to the organisation’s philosophy, values, policies and procedures. You will play a key role in supporting a culture of continuous improvement, empowering and driving others to deliver best outcomes and provide quality educational programs and practices.

**For a This position you must**:

- Hold a minimum of a Diploma of Children's Services
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training
- Hold a valid employee Working With Children Check
- _**Be experienced as a Educational Leader.**_
- Be confident with leading and mentoring staff
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be experienced implementing the National Quality Framework
- Have a solid understanding of the national and Victorian Early Years' Frameworks
- Have some experience with StoryPark
- _**You understand your obligations under the Child Safe Standards and are comfortable working within the National Quality and Victorian Early Years Learning Frameworks, with a commitment to child safety**_
- _**Able to do QIP**_

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Shift work

- Educational Leader: 2 years (preferred)
