About the Role:
An exciting and rare opportunity for a passionate Diploma Room Leader to join the team at Mossfiel Children's Centre full-time, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster.

Your Responsibilities:

- Developing a high-quality educational program for children in consultation with the parents and educators, driven by their interests, in order to meet their individual developmental needs
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with children, families and the local community and partner with them, encouraging their involvement in the program through effective communication
- Be a motivated and driven Educator, who will lead, mentor, and guide a team of educators in implementing quality play-based learning experiences for children
- Documenting, and extending on children's learning
- Contribute to a child safe environment ensuring standards are met every day

Essential Criteria:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications.
- Have well grounded knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Child Safety Standards
- Current Working with Children's Check and National Police Check
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate
