Employee Relations Specialist

**The opportunity**
- Be part of an energetic and committed HR team working across the Indo-Pacific Region
- Adelaide, Canberra, Sunshine Coast or remote
- Part-time (FTE0.6), permanent role
- AU$ 125k - $135k total package, this includes superannuation
**Key responsibilities**
- Provide practical advice and solutions in performance and disciplinary matters
- Design, update and review internal processes and develop frameworks that support resolutions
- Provide expert guidance and advice, and interpretation of employment legislation for all employee relations matters for Tetra Tech International Development
- Support business leaders through coaching, crisis management and strategic partnering
- Work closely with the Deputy Head of Operations and meaningfully contribute your expertise towards business development activities
**Selection criteria**
- Over 5 years’ experience in employee relations or industrial relations role
- A certificate or degree in Human Resources Management, Business or IR/ER related field, or a combination of equivalent experience and training
- Significant experience in conducting and resolving complex people-management issues, including investigations into potential grievances or misconduct
- Advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion and ability to cross-culturally
- A flexible, adaptable team player with a commitment to excellence
