**About the Role**

We're on the lookout for someone who isn’t just “good with people” - we want someone who can **follow direction, take ownership** of their tasks, and **drive things forward** without needing to be micromanaged.

This is a **full-time**_(potential room for flexibility)_, **in-office** position based in **Maribyrnong**, ideal for someone looking for long-term growth in a mission-driven organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow structured workflows while actively contributing to process improvements.
- Record detailed notes and updates so your teammates can easily follow your work.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, invoicing queries, and client follow-ups.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including participants,
- support coordinators, providers, and families.
- Work closely with senior staff to keep things on track and moving smoothly.

**You’ll Need**
- Full working rights in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency preferred).
- Strong English language skills; **Vietnamese is a bonus but not required.**:

- At least 1-2 years experience in customer service or admin, preferably in an office environment but not compulsory.
- Basic Excel and computer skills - fast and accurate typing is important.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn - you'll be trained but are expected to think logically and complete tasks independently.
