About Us

HiCom Care is one of Australia's most dynamic registered VIETNAMESE NDIS Plan Managers. We're passionate about helping people with disabilities maximise their potential by simplifying the complexities of the NDIS. About the Role

We're on the lookout for someone who isn't just "good with people" - we want someone who can follow direction, take ownership of their tasks, and drive things forward without needing to be micromanaged.

This is a full-time (potential room for flexibility), in-office position based in Maribyrnong, ideal for someone looking for long-term growth in a mission-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional phone and email support to clients and service providers.
  • Follow structured workflows while actively contributing to process improvements.
  • Record detailed notes and updates so your teammates can easily follow your work.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, invoicing queries, and client follow-ups.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including participants,
  • support coordinators, providers, and families.
  • Work closely with senior staff to keep things on track and moving smoothly.

You'll Need

  • Full working rights in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency preferred).
  • Strong English language skills; Vietnamese is a bonus but not required.
  • At least 1–2 years experience in customer service or admin, preferably in an office environment but not compulsory.
  • Basic Excel and computer skills - fast and accurate typing is important.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn - you'll be trained but are expected to think logically and complete tasks independently.
