The Role:

As the
Customer Experience Manager
for Victoria's Secret, you'll be the heartbeat of our in-store experience, ensuring that every guest interaction is
memorable, personal, and aligned with the brand's luxury standards
. You'll lead, inspire, and coach a dynamic team to deliver world-class service while driving engagement and sales.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing retail team.
  • Champion the Victoria's Secret customer experience and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, acting on feedback to deliver continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with store and corporate leadership to implement brand strategies and initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset.
