Our client is an **independent, Australian owned and operated, Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokerage** company, founded 40 years ago. With offices in major cities around Australia and the ability to import and export freight worldwide, this company is looking to add another talented recruit to its ranks.

**THE POSITION**
This company has a rare opportunity to joint their ranks in a** Sea Freight Import Co-ordinator **role working in the **East Brisbane** offices.
This role, reporting to the Import Operations and Transport Manager, will be working with all sea freight managed by this company that is coming into Australia, from prior to the ETD to after the ETA. On an average day you will be:
- Lodge Cargo Reports and Underbonds
- Liaise with clients, brokers and transport companies pending ETA
- Payment of invoices
- Update customer accounts on CRM
**THE PACKAGE**

- An understanding of Incoterms®
- Ability to work autonomously and with within a team
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of CargoWise, 1-Stop and ICS Customs Portal
- 2 years' experience in a similar role
