We are looking someone with a great deskside manner, a passion for technology that takes them beyond just the desktop and a real love of variety, that we can support as they learn the ropes to become an MSP-specialised Field Service professional.

**Requirements**:

- A genuine love of **variety **coupled with a warm and friendly ability to build **relationships **with new people - in this role, you will resolve problems on several customer sites most days
- A willingness to **learn **and grow into a new and very varied role - the learning curve here can be steep
- Advanced understanding of end user support and Active Directory
- Some knowledge of Windows Server, Azure and Exchange
- Exposure across technical infrastructure that extends beyond desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking
- An understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles
- A reliable vehicle and a valid NSW drivers license
