ROLE SNAPSHOT:

Desktop Support role focused on the support, maintenance, and administration of desktop infrastructure and the EUC environment - focusing on Microsoft 365.

You'll be the primary point of contact for in-person IT support to 50 end users across 2 sites in Sydney, while also assisting the wider IT team with support for other Australian offices.

It's a broad and varied role offering considerable horizontal growth in the EUC space.

Responsibilities:

• Provide level 1-3 IT support to end users across desktops, laptops, mobility, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Support, maintenance and administration of the Microsoft 365 tenancy.
• Device management and deployment via Intune & Autopilot.
• Application packaging & deployment.
• Troubleshooting network connectivity (VPN, Wi-Fi, network printers etc).
• User onboarding/offboarding + maintenance of permissions & account access (on-prem Active Directory & Entra ID)
• Assist in the delivery of EUC projects - security uplift (e.g. email security, conditional access); improvement of M365 tenant; improve EUC documentation/processes; implement automation in the environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help to a diverse group of corporate and non-corporate end-users.

· This is a full time in-office role.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL QUALITIES

Suitable for a Desktop/End User Support professional with proven in-person support experience across M365 & Intune inside mid-sized yet complex environments.

It's ideal for a self-starter who can work autonomously and enjoys a broad + varied L1-3 role where they can take ownership and implement uplift/automation to improve security and the end users IT experience.

The following is required:

• Proven L1-3 Desktop Support experience inside mid-sized yet complex corporate environments.
• Core expertise with the support, troubleshooting, and administration of Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory/Entra ID, Windows OS.
• Windows Server administration and patching experience.
• ITIL experience.
• Application packaging skills is beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience proactively supporting end-users in an autonomous capacity.
• Great "IT bedside manner" who can keep calm under pressure and patiently support a diverse range of corporate and non-corporate end users. Demonstrated experience proactively taking ownership of tasks and uplifting/improving EUC and security.
• Corporate/professional presentation with clear & confident communication / customer service abilities.
• Comfortable working full time onsite in the office.
• Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain NV1 clearance is essential.

This is an onsite full-time permanent role located in the Sydney CBD and is $100,000 - $120,000 + super.
