Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Desktop Infrastructure role will make an impact, the key responsibilities for this role include:

- Provide desktop infrastructure support for business partners within the computing environment;
- Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance;
- Respond to incidents and requests in a timely and accurate fashion;
- Efficiently log, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents using the incident management system while adhering to knowledge management processes ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
- Provide assistance with managing vendors including but not limited to contract negotiation, procurement, and SLA adherence.

The minimum qualifications and skillset required for this role is:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or IT;
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a Desktop Infrastructure role;
- Be proficient in IT incident, Request and Change Management Processes;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
