**What this opportunity involves**:
The Facilities Manager/Account Lead will manage the day-to-day activities for the assigned portfolio, and be the key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or clients.
The role will assume overall responsibility for the global portfolio which includes 12 properties across Australia, the United Kingdom and United States. You will ensure that all preventative and reactive work orders are completed in line with SLAs. You will also ensure financial management, insurance claims, budgeting, WHS audits and regular reporting is completed.
**An Overview of the role**:
Work in conjunction with the Helpdesk and manage escalations regarding contractor matters
Effectively analyse fault logging records to identify trends and implement mitigation plans accordingly
Manage asset register including building, plant and equipment inspections and reporting
Ensure works do not impede occupation and/or operation of the facility without client approval
Oversee compliance across the portfolio in relation to contracts, budget, KPI’s, stakeholders and JLL
Assist in budgeting and forecasting process and provide financial data to Finance Manager as required
Actively foster an environment encompassing teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success
Implement, comply with all internal management systems such as Corrigo, JLL onsite, CMO and iComply
Strive to achieve and maintain government sustainability aspirations, work collectively with ESS team
Has experience in handling client sensitivities’ knowing when to escalate with urgency, or how to de-escalate certain risks
Experience with corporate clients and supporting/managing KPI performance delivery
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and influence business relationships in a positive direction including negotiation and successful conflict resolution
Experience in developing strategic solutions to support both client and JLL requirements
Experience in managing successful teams, focused on performance and growth
Has managed budgets successfully and ability to drive value and cost savings
Strong vendor management experience is required
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
Knowledge of vendor/contractor management
Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
