**The Company**:
My client is a well-respected supplier of Raw Materials. Servicing the Global Manufacturing Industry for over 20 years now, they provide a highly experienced and comprehensive service to their customers with a focus on creating solutions. They now seek an experienced Account Manager from the Coatings and Construction industry sector for their Melbourne team.

**The Role**:

- Responsible for identifying and delivering business through new and existing accounts. Targeting various industries such as: Automotive Coatings, Can & Coil Coatings, General Industrial Coatings, Plastic Coatings, Bitumen Applications, Paint Manufacturers, Inks and Adhesive accounts.
- This is a very exciting and dynamic role that would suit a hardworking individual that is looking to settle and grow within an experienced and professional team.
- Use your strong selling techniques to manage accounts and open doors to achieve set monthly targets whilst offering your clients technical solutions and advice.
- Majority of client’s base in VIC.
- 4+ year’s technical sales experience selling Raw Materials that are used in the manufacturing of products used in above industries. Mainly paint and surface treatments.
- A qualification in Science or Chemistry is highly regarded.
- Strong business acumen coupled with excellent communication skills.
- You will be a self-starter and very results oriented - a desire to not only meet goals but exceed them.
- Ability to work autonomously and plan your work day/week to deliver a high degree of customer engagement.
