We’re seeking an Executive Support Officer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, to pave the way for our busy leadership team, so they can focus on meeting key business and strategic goals.

**What will a typical day look like?**
- Juggle multiple calendars and make travel bookings.
- Prepare correspondence for leadership team members and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Reconcile and process corporate expense claims, invoices, and requisitions.
- Provide general administrative support, ensuring a smooth flow of communication across business units.
- Support with general adhoc duties, booking catering and coordinating celebratory events.
- Previous administrative experience, including support for multiple team members, in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to prioritise tasks, problem-solve and work in an environment where confidentiality is of high importance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Strong project management and time management skills.

**Where will you be located?**

We have recently moved to fantastic new offices in Rhodes. This role requires you to work **5 days a week in the office**, where you’ll be surrounded by a collaborative team environment.
