Our client an American multinational IT company are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join their team for an initial 12 month contract that is highly likely to extend. The previous person in this postion was promoted within their first 12 months

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day campaign planning, briefing and execution by working collaboratively with external agencies, internal colleagues, and external partners.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing agency to execute a leading paid search strategy across multiple search engines.
- Optimise the affiliate program by working with the affiliate network and maintain strong relationships with affiliate publishers.
- Launch and manage paid social campaigns. Identify new test and learn opportunities to drive incremental business growth for key strategic areas.
- Utilise appropriate performance marketing channels to drive quality converting traffic to the website.
- Analyse performance metrics and assist with optimising campaigns to achieve agreed KPIs & ROAS targets.
- Share key insights and present regular performance updates to the wider team.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Data-driven thinking and comfortable interpreting and analysing data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail required to approve and launch customer-facing ad copies and creatives.
- Strong project management and time management required.
- University graduate (or equivalent) with a marketing, digital or business-related degree.
