**The work you will do**

You will be managing client files from start to finish, this includes dealing directly with clients on a daily basis. Sounds simple right? It can be but don't forget you will be dealing with multi-million dollar contracts so the detail matters. In turn, you have an amazing level of attention to detail and enjoy getting things just right.

**What skills and experience do you bring?**

With demonstrated experience as a Conveyancer working on all types of files (transfer/sale/vendor/subdivisions/purchase), you really know your stuff. Included with this you hold a Conveyancer licence in Victoria. You are confident in delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy the conversations you have with your clients. You are process-driven and have plenty of examples of how sticking to a process has led to a great client outcome.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Conveyancing: 2 years (required)
