**The firm**
A unique opportunity to join a standout boutique law firm providing support across conveyancing, probate and leasing. This is a boutique law firm, with fantastic benefits. They are a friendly, established and growing practice, which prides itself on an inclusive and open office culture with low staff turnover and approachable principals.

In this role you will be working very closely with and under the guidance and supporting eye of the partners.

**Typical duties include**:

- Preparation of legal document
- Use of PEXA online settlements platform to complete settlements
- Liaise with third parties including solicitors, conveyancers.
- Attend to all administration tasks associated with conveyancing files including scanning, filing and invoicing
- File management including opening and closing files
- Managing diary appointments
- Drafting general correspondence of documents and letters
- Other general administrative duties as required

**About you**
The successful applicant will have the ability to hit the ground running and will be experienced with conveyancing start to finish.
