**THE CLIENT**

We are representing a number of firms located across Victoria who are looking to expand their conveyancing teams, the industry has never been so buoyant. We partner with top tier firms through to your boutique outer suburban firms and are looking to talk to Conveyancing professionals throughout Victoria.

**THE ROLE**
We have roles commencing as soon as possible and ones that will wait the 4-week notice periods, the one thing all our clients have in common is their culture; they are all amazing, dynamic places to work where they develop their teams and upskilling their staff.

Your day-to-day duties will include (yet not be limited to);
- Preparing and reviewing contracts and opening files
- Preparing and drafting documents
- Conducting due diligence checks and searches
- Drafting correspondence, preparing transfer documentation and settlement calculations
- Liaising with clients, financiers and regulatory bodies as required
- Experience with LEAP & PEXA is essential

**ABOUT YOU**

To be suitable for this opportunity, you will ideally have thorough understanding of end-to-end residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, be deadline driven, have high attention to detail and have the ability to work autonomously on files through to closure or support the process.

These opportunities are fast paced and exciting roles where no two days are the same.
