This is a great opportunity to join this well established boutique law firm based in the heart of the CBD, who add value to their clients' businesses with their commercial expertise and knowledge. This firm boasts a positive team culture and promotes a genuine work/life balance.

In this role you will be working collaboratively with Partners, Lawyers & another Conveyancing Clerk within a team. You will be responsible for assisting their clients with general property matters (residential & commercial) conveyancing. You will also have the opportunity to grow your experience in areas such as retail and commercial leasing, as well as insolvency related property matters.

**Your main duties in this role will include**:

- Running files autonomously from instruction to settlement
- Drafting land registry documents in all states and territories
- Drafting deeds, contracts of sale, special conditions and providing advice on property matters
- Developing relationships with clients
- Attending on settlement matters and adjustments
- Maintaining database
- Processing regular client reports

**Skills and experience we'd love**:

- Min. **3 years previous experience **in a law clerk/ conveyancing role within a legal office environment with exp. in off the plan subdivisions, developments & construction exp advantageous
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and a strong client service focus
- The ability to multi task and manage differing priorities
- Experience Using PEXA, Microsoft 365 and LEAP software is an advantage
