Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Clerk to work close to home in Ascot Vale. Our client is a well established, stable and highly regraded suburban law firm with an exceptionally friendly and supportive team culture.

**About the role.....**

Working closely with a delightful Principal you will be responsible for managing a wide range of conveyancing matters including; residential, off the plan, subdivision and commercial leases.

**Some of your duties will include, but not limited to**:

- manage residential sales and purchaser files from start to finish
- prepare and manage subdivisions
- arrange settlements via PEXA and complete Duties Online forms
- draft correspondence, letters, contracts and statements
- liaise with clients and other parties
- complete contract reviews
- associated administration tasks including opening and preparing new files, conducting searches and preparing bills

**Skills and experience we'd love....**
- previous experience as a Conveyancing Clerk
- excellent time management skills
- sound knowledge of PEXA
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- proficient MS Office skills
- a positive and pro-active team attitude
