About the role
As the Administration Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional administrative and support services to our Regional Manufacturing teams and influence the delivery of standardised administration services nationally.

As part of the Building Services team your primary responsibility will be to ensure that support requirements are identified and efficiently delivered to various stakeholders, including Building Services, Customer Service Delivery, Production, and Scientific & Technical Services teams and assist National teams visiting the site.

**A day in the role will see you**:
Establish priorities for yourself and your team to effectively meet the administration and support requirements of multiple teams.
Allocate work efficiently to ensure timely and effective support delivery.
Identify service needs and opportunities and develop initiatives to enhance the level of support provided by the team.
Make decisions consistent with nationally agreed processes, policies, and guidelines, even when dealing with tasks not covered by standard operating procedures.

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and support in an administrative role.
Exceptional organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and deliver outcomes.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Intermediate computer literacy (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
Demonstrated experience in managing a team.
Experience in driving continuous improvement and lean business processes.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at our Perth Processing Centre.
