As part of our team, you will:

  • Manage front desk operations and branch administration to support branch profit, performance, and customer service
  • Ensure all hire activities comply with our policies, processes, and procedures
  • Train and mentor the office team to deliver exceptional customer service, uphold high standards, and foster learning and development
  • Complete all reporting and end-of-month processes
  • Support the wider team in growing the business in the area

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales, operational, or administrative experience in rental industrial, construction, logistics, or related industries
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with systems and accurate data entry and reporting
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and administrative skills
