We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at the Brockman 4 mine site.

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Administrators, providing administrative support to various departments, and fostering a positive safety culture.

  • Mentor, coach, and develop the Administration team to ensure efficient and effective support across site.
  • Organise and manage the execution of administration work, including providing coaching and technical support to site teams.
  • Demonstrate excellence in teamwork, partnership, communication, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Foster and communicate a positive physical and psychological safety culture.
  2. Lead, coach, and develop the Administration team.
  3. Organise and manage the execution of administration work.
  4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, evaluating, and implementing new strategies and processes.
