**Quick overview of the role**
The Business Support Officer will play a vital role in evaluating and identifying trends in sales by analysing industry data and using the information to provide reports to the team and management. The Business Support Officer will focus on generating and qualifying those leads to support the sales and growth

of the organisation. Identify potential customers or clients, initiate contact with

them, qualify their interest and suitability for the company's products or services and take responsibility for a variety of tasks.

**What will you be doing?**
- Create and maintain a high-level pipeline using the NuBerry Platform.
- Support the creation and maintenance of the forecasting tool including reporting to Management of predicted workloads
- Evaluate projects with ratings to secure a profitable workload for production
- Collaboration with Sales Team providing them with qualified leads and necessary information to facilitate the sales process.
- Utilise software platforms such as BCI & EstimateOne to source upcoming project targets
- Continuously improve sales and communication skills and stay informed about the competitive landscape
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Compiling, analysing, and reporting sales data.
- Monitoring and analysing competitive activity, customer and market trends
- Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives
- Monitoring and evaluating sales performance
- Certificate in Business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in support or administrative roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
