The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Business Support Officer (Nutrition) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
Process all invoices and third-party logistic invoices in S4/HANA
Undertake purchase requisitions for all ad-hoc purchases for Nutrition and Food Services ensuring correct documentation, coding and compliance
Perform data entry, including appointment booking in Enterprise Scheduling Management system and report on outpatient activity
Participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes and work practices
Coordinate Nutrition and Food Services operational meetings
About you
**To be successful in this position you will require**:
Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Permanent part time (30.4 hrs p.f.).
Base salary ranging from $45.81 - $50.46 per hour

The Nutrition and Food Services department is committed to safe and effective optimal nutrition management for adult and paediatric patients; as well as education and training, credentialing and scope of clinical practice, performance management reports, evidence-based care, monitoring of variation in clinical practice and health outcomes.
