NRMA Ballarat Holiday Park is a holiday oasis, with modern comforts and great facilities in a central location.

**What you’ll do**:
This is a Permanent Part Time position with around 25 hours minimum a week. You will need to be available for some weekend and school holiday shifts. You will wow our guests with your welcoming smile, bubbly personality and ability to think outside the box. You will ensure that guests are welcomed warmly and are efficiently checked-in and checked-out. You will also be responsible for any incoming phone calls to the property and delight with your familiarity of all accommodation offerings and services. Shifts will be approximately, 10am - 6pm, or 12pm to 6pm.

- Park Management system experience (Newbook and/or RMS preferred but not necessary)
