The Program Strategy role will report to the Manager of the Project Management Office and will provide policy advice and support regarding the design and implementation approach of the mental health and wellbeing and AoD programs of work. This includes embedding an adaptive program management cycle approach to implementation, work program structure and prioritisation, resource allocation to flexible collaborative teams. setting cadence and rituals for work, tracking of reform and project level risks and reporting on implementation progress.
