Manager - Data Strategy

**The focus of your role**:
We're looking for several Lead Consultant/Managers to join Capgemini Invent's Insights for Intelligent Industry team in Australia. We are seeking business consultants with data led operations transformation experience, who can bring strategic advisory capabilities across business led expertise, systems led expertise (e.g. Databricks, AWS, Azure), or data-led expertise. We are seeking to fill a number of roles.
This role will form part of Invent's Intelligent Industry strategic consulting team in Australia. As one of the three global capability areas that make up Capgemini Invent's global strategy, Intelligent Industry aims to reinvent the future of industry by bringing together the physical and digital worlds: helping companies to invent intelligent products, operations and services at scale.

Insights for Intelligent Industry sits within Intelligent Industry capability and focuses on two key areas. Firstly, we help our clients leverage Data, AI & Connectivity to design & deliver at scale innovative solutions that drive Industrial Performance & generate new revenue streams via new business models. Secondly, we design & implement industrial solutions for our clients leveraging state-of-the-art industrial technologies, platforms and architecture in complex industrial & technological ecosystems.
In Australia our data & analytics capabilities are a critical area for growth within Intelligent Industry team. You will bring experience gained working within data-driven transformations in transport and logistics, resources, mining, energy, consumer products, manufacturing, or airlines. You will have practical experience of the business and digital transformation relating to data-driven transformation. You will have the ability to make the connection between the business, systems and data lens, knowledge of the role that digital and data/analytics capabilities must play, and where the critical focus areas are. You will be interested in learning how to take a client on a journey to transform their operations & business models and you will have experience of supporting business transformations. You will support our Intelligent Industry leaders in shaping, selling and delivering digital transformation and innovation programs across our clients' physical operations and digital capabilities, and bringing them the latest leading ideas and inventions. You will support our clients in their product, process & services innovation, and transformation agendas, and you will be passionate about the opportunity for data & analytics in the transformation of operations in Australia.

**What you'll do**:

- Contribute to design and deliver digital strategies and transformation comprising of Data Operating Models, Data Governance, Data Platforms, Data Architecture and AI/Analytics solutions etc.
- Support high-performing teams develop Business Case and change initiatives for Data-led transformations
- Responsible for the road mapping, designing and development of high-value use cases requiring data & analytics capabilities.
- Understand and support the development of a future view of the data-driven operations transformation and new business models
- Support new business development opportunities
- Inspire, and collaborate with your team members
- Bring Capgemini's and your own expertise to bear with clients.

**What you'll bring**:

- 4+ years in a data-driven transformation and strategy/advisory role with cross-discipline teams
- Business led data & analytics expertise gained within transport and logistics, consumer products, mining & resources sector, manufacturing, or airline organisations in Australia
- Experience contributing to strategy and execution within complex transformation programs enabled by tech/data, preferably relating to business and technology considerations.
- Experience, confidence, and maturity in working with client leadership
