Founder's Associate (Part-Time) - Chubby Chia

At **Chubby Chia**, we’re on a mission to make gut-friendly, feel-good foods fun, delicious, and accessible. We're growing fast and looking for a sharp, flexible and hands-on **Founder's Associate** to join our tight-knit team.

**What You'll Do**

Working directly with the founder, you’ll be involved in a bit of everything - think of yourself as the right hand helping the business run and grow day to day:

- **Sales Support** - Help us connect with new stockists, manage leads, and follow up with wholesale partners.
- **Ops & Logistics** - Ensure our stock is where it needs to be (and when), help with inventory tracking, and keep things running smoothly across retail and online channels.
- **System Implementation** - Assist in the rollout of a new order management system, from setup through to full deployment, and help refine our internal processes along the way.
- **General Admin & Hustle** - Support with ad hoc tasks, manage small projects, and just help keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.
- **Growth Projects** - Get involved in whatever’s next - new markets, partnerships, launches - if it helps the business grow, you’ll be part of it.
- **Meetings & Strategy** - You’ll sit in on most meetings - from supplier calls to internal planning - giving you a front-row seat to how decisions are made and how a business is built from the inside out.

**Who You Are**

We’re not big on formalities - attitude and initiative are everything.
- You're currently studying or recently graduated (Business, Marketing, Logistics or similar ideal).
- You're a natural organiser with strong attention to detail.
- You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, hit the road, or get hands-on in a stockroom.
- You’re tech-comfortable and keen to help build smarter systems.
- You’re curious, proactive, and happy to figure things out on the fly.
- You’ve got a valid driver’s licence (handy for running stock or dropping samples).
- You’re based in Sydney and can easily work from our North Shore HQ.
- You’re keen to **learn how to run a business** - not just support it, but really understand how it all works.
