**What will you be doing?**
This is an exciting and engaging opportunity primarily responsible for assisting with the sales process within the global Countermine division, and secondarily supporting sales activities in Australia, New Zealand, and East Asia.
You will report directly to the Departmental Vice President, providing a pivotal role in driving the success of the Countermine division. As a Sales Administrator, you will deliver high-level sales administration and comprehensive support, ensuring seamless operations for our customers.
In this role, you will support the sales teams by ensuring all assigned tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally. You will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain clear communication across all facets of the Countermine sales division.
**Core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
- Preparing and issuing quotes and proforma invoices as required.
- Liaising with the freight team to obtain freight costs and monitor shipping schedules.
- Promptly responding to stakeholder inquiries, concerns, and issues from organisations and individuals around the World.
- Issuing shipping documents to customers for review and obtaining approval
- Collaborating with the sales team to provide support to customers.
- Monitoring and recording backorders and providing regular status updates.
- Assisting with the planning and organization of trade shows and exhibitions as required.
- Coordinating warranty items in collaboration with the Service department.
- Maintaining and updating the Sales Spreadsheet to ensure accurate records.
- Generating and providing SAP reports as needed.

This role is 20 hours per week, with flexibility to spread the hours across 3-4 days, ideally Tuesday to Friday, to ensure seamless support for overseas stakeholders.
