Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering Project ‘CERES’ urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

We are seeking a Junior Cost Controller to join the Perdaman team, based out of Perth. You will be responsible for assisting with timely monitoring, controlling, analysing and reporting of project cost & progress information.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and updating of project budgets and forecasts
- Track project expenses and ensure they are aligned with approved budgets
- Support the Senior Cost Controller in analyzing cost variances and identifying risks or discrepancies
- Prepare routine cost reports and summaries for management and project stakeholders
- Coordinate with procurement, project, and finance teams to collect and verify cost-related data
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial or cost control role (internship or entry-level experience considered)
- Basic understanding of project budgeting and financial principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
